All items at Ross’s Auctions are sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. This means the item is being sold in its current condition, regardless of any faults or damage. The bidder accepts full responsibility in satisfying themselves with the item prior to bidding. It is recommended that that if the bidder is in doubt, not to bid as no returns or refunds will be made. 


PICK UP: Goods to be collected from Monday the 17th to Friday the 28th of August 2026, WEEKDAYS ONLY, at 8:30am to 3:00pm from Lot 341 Crampton Road, Uduc, WA. (All goods must be removed by 3:00pm on Friday the 28th of August 2026). PLEASE NOTE: Any invoice changes required after the closure of the auction will incur a $150/per invoice fee.

**UPDATED PAYMENT CONDITIONS**

Upon receiving invoice for winning lots, payment can be made through your Member Tools, EFT or In-Person at our Welshpool Complex located at 453 Orrong Road.
