All items at Ross’s Auctions are sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. This means the item is being sold in its current condition, regardless of any faults or damage. The bidder accepts full responsibility in satisfying themselves with the item prior to bidding. It is recommended that that if the bidder is in doubt, not to bid as no returns or refunds will be made.

NOTE: Please adhere to the specified Collection Period to avoid any delays. All uncollected goods beyond the designated timeframe will be considered abandoned by the Buyer.

LAST RECORDED HOURS

The Last Recorded Hours have been supplied by the Vendor. Buyers must be aware that these may not be accurate and reflect the actual machine hours, and may differ from hours recorded.

COLLECTIONS

Buyers must only use approved BHP Vendors for the removal of equipment from the mine site. This includes transport providers, crane companies and mechnical repair vendors.

The removal process will be managed by Ross's Auctioneers & Valuers.

Due to site operational activities and availability of site supervision, there will be limited opportunities to remove items prior to 28th July 2025. 

Successful Bidders will be contacted by a representative from Ross's Auctioneers & Valuers after the auction has finalised to discuss planning of the removal of equipment rom site.

A number of assets have not been in operation for a period of time, and may require the Buyer to arrange mechnical inspections and repairs prior to collection. All Site access to arrange this will be managed through Ross's Auctioneers & Valuers.
