All items at Ross’s Auctions are sold on an ‘as is, where is’ basis. This means the item is being sold in its current condition, regardless of any faults or damage. The bidder accepts full responsibility in satisfying themselves with the item prior to bidding. It is recommended that that if the bidder is in doubt, not to bid as no returns or refunds will be made. 


PICK UP: Goods to be collected by Appointment Only until Wednesday the 20th of November from Swan Valley, WA. (All goods must be removed by Wednesday the 20th of November).

NOTE: To collect your goods, please ensure you have a valid form of Photo Identification present (such as a Driver's Licence) if you are requested to confirm your identity.

NOTE: Please adhere to the specified Collection Period to avoid any delays. All uncollected goods beyond the designated timeframe will be considered abandoned by the Buyer.

NOTE: It is the Buyer's Responsibility to arrange for the collection of the transportable kitchen by Supa Tilt Tray or loaded by crane at the Buyer's expense. 

NOTE: The Buyer is also required to remove and reinstate the wire fence to allow access to the property for the collection of the kitchen.
