Payment and Deposits:

All offers will be subject to GST (10%) and a Buyer’s Premium of 5% (plus GST).

A deposit of 20% of the offer prices will be required within seven (7) days of being notified by letter of the acceptance of offers.

 The balance of the offer price will be required within 15 days of acceptance. All goods must be paid in full prior to the removal from site.

 Payments will be by way of bank cheque or electronic transfer.

 If the successful purchaser fails to comply with the terms and conditions, the vendor reserves the right to retain the deposit and/or any other monies paid and the right to resell the equipment in any manner and upon such terms and conditions they may think fit.
