2012 Tomasi Mixed Reds Case, This wonderful mixed case gives you 2 of the best from Oceans Estate, 6 Tamasi Merlot and 6 Tomasi Cabernet Merlot, (12 x 750ml), Margaret River by Oceans Estate, 14.5% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes A classic Merlot. Mulberries plums and some black olives give the palate loads of sweet fruit. The tannins are firm but in balance. There is also cedar from oak, cocoa, and 6 bottles of Cab Merlot, Layered and complex. Blackcurrant and strawberries. Cedar and dark chocolate. Very full palate with the tannins balancing the fruit. 2014 Cherished Merlot (12 x 750ml), Blackwood Valley by Dickinson Estate, 14.5% Alc/Vol. James Halliday Wine Companion 5 STAR 2020 Winemaking: A cultured yeast used for fermentation, pressed via tank then to oak barrel (10% new French Oak) for 11 months. Tasting Notes: The 2014 Cherished Merlot has a lifted aroma of berries and plums with a touch of violets layered over the top of French oak. 2017 Prendiville Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz (6 x 750ml), Margaret River by Sandalford Estate, 14.3% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Colour: Dark ruby red. Nose: A complex meld of flavours that really benefits when given time to open up and evolve in the glass. This wine starts with savoury spices of bay leaf, juniper and star anise. It further opens to reveal rich dark berries, particularly blackberries and sweet blueberries, a hint of violets. Palate: Like the nose, this wine will keep evolving in the glass as you’re enjoying it. Blackberries and sweet blueberries are in abundance with the same savoury spices evolving to cinnamon and nutmeg flavours. The French oak adds layers of cedar and mocha with the tannins smooth and silky soft, yet full of power. They, in combination with the acid balance, build a beautifully textured palate, meaning the wine and all of it’s complex flavours will linger on long after you’ve enjoyed it. 2018 Margaret River Range Cabernet Merlot (6 x 750ml), Margaret River by Sandalford Estate, 14.7% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Colour: Dark cherry red. Nose: Initially this wine is rich with dark brooding berries. As it opens up there is a real juiciness that comes across with savoury spices of nutmeg and cedar to balance the black and blue berry notes. Palate: There’s generous sweet flavours, particularly the darker berries, but also plums and rhubarb that are balanced with savoury spices – bay leaf, fresh nutmeg and mocha. These sweet and savoury notes keep evolving in the glass to give wonderful complexity. Velvety smooth tannins add to the complexity on the palate. 2017 Sweet Res Sweet Red (6 x 750ml), Swan Valley by Sandalford Estate, 12.3% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: The grapes for this wine were harvested in April 2017. At the winery, they were immediately crushed and underwent one week fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a selected yeast strain. At the end of fermentation, the wine was pressed with the free-run and pressings blended together and inoculated for Malolactic Fermentation. Once completed, the wine was blended and sweetened with red grape concentrate to the desired level prior to clarification, stabilisation and bottling. RRP $264.00

2016 Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon (6x750 ml), Margaret River by Black Brewing Co, 14.5% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: 100 % Cabernet Sauvignon - 100% Margaret River With aromas of blackcurrant, bayleaf and mocha pair with a structured palate of dark plum, black olive, hints of chocolate and mint. The wine has fine tannins and good length. Fruit for this wine is from a coastal vineyard in Southern Margaret River. The fruit was handpicked ad destemmed int stone fermenters and left on skins for 21 days for structure and length. Once gently pressed off skins this Cabernet Sauvignon was matured for 16 months in French oak barriques, 20% of which was new. The wine received no fining and only a coarse filtra¬tion prior to bottling. Can be cellard for 7-12 years. RRP: $40.00 per bottle . GOLD MEDAL, 94 Points
