2009 Oceans Estate Merlot (12 x 750ml), Margaret River by Oceans Estate Tomasi Vineyards, 14% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: 100% Merlot. This wine is made from Block 4 of the Tomasi vineyard. The old vines consistently give us fruit of incredible flavour and intensity. The colour is deep brick red and is in bright condition. The nose shows mulberry, red fruits, strawberry and some cedar. 2016 Four Jacks Chardonnay (12 x 750ml), Manjimup by Peos Estate, 13.5% Alc/Vol, BLEND 100% Chardonnay. COLOUR Pale straw with green tints. AROMATICS Lifted nose of white stone fruit, citrus blossom, raw cashew with subtle toasty notes. PALATE Full and fleshy mouthfeel, showing intense white nectarine and citrus leaf on the palate with underlying raw cashew and subtle toasty oak, supported by a well integrated acid backbone, great length with a crisp, lingering finish. OAK MATURATION 9 months maturation in French oak. AGEING POTENTIAL 4-5 years. WINEMAKING The chardonnay grapes were picked at optimum ripeness during the coolest period of the night to help retain the vibrant primary fruit flavours. It was transported directly to the winery post-harvest, crushed and pressed to tank and allowed to cold settle. The juice was racked to barrel for fermentation. The ferment temperature was controlled, helping to retain the fresh primary fruit aromas while also developing a complex fermentation bouquet and increased palate weight and texture. Post ferment the wine was fined with traditional additives, cold stabilised and bottled.

2017 Leaping Lizard Sauvignon Blanc (12 x 750ml), Frankland River by Ferngrove Vineyards, 13.5% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: Vintage A drier start to spring and quick flowering in November resulted in good fruit set. Lower than average rainfall through January meant smaller bunches leading into veraison. Ripening in Feb-March was excellent with impressive parcels of whites in particular which were able to achieve flavour ripeness at lower sugar levels. Appearance Pale green. Nose Vibrant and fresh, green pear, kiwi fruit and herbaceous aromatics. Palate Zesty kiwi fruit, banana skin and tropical fruits, balanced by zippy, limey acidity. Vinification Harvested in the early morning and crushed ever so gently to the press. Juice was drained and settled prior to controlled fermentation. Lees stirring following fermentation assists with texture and mouthfeel.

2019 1840 Chenin Blanc (6x 750ml), Swan Valley by Sandalford Estate, 12.2% Alc/Vol, : Winemakers Comments Picked in early February 2019, these Chenin Blanc grapes were immediately crushed and pressed, with only the free run juice being used for this wine. The juice was all fermented in barrel but with a slight difference – whilst most of them were old French oak barrels, there was also 2 stainless steel barrels used. All barrels were inoculated with a selected yeast strains and the wine was left on lees for 5.5 months in barrel before blending and bottling. Tasting Notes Colour: Pale lemon with green edges Nose: Honey and quince with a floral lift. Palate: The flavours from the nose meet crisp green apples, with almonds and beeswax giving a beautiful savoury edge. This wine is textural on the palate and has a crisp finish with wonderful length. Aromas of red cherry and strawberry with an underlying savoury nuance. A dry style with a savoury mid-palate that is well supported by red cherry and strawberry fruits of Summer. A perfect style to drink during the warmer months of the year. Drink with a cheese board, salmon, turkey and white meats. Excellent with an Thai prawn salad. Winemaking: The handpicked grapes were gently crushed together and then gently pressed off into tank. 2017 White SBS (12 x 750ml), Margaret River by Greenpiper Distributors, 13.4% Alc/Vol, Tasting Notes: . Modern white wine making techniques were used with temperature controlled critical from the vineyard through to the winery. The fruit is de-stemmed and crushed then must chilled and pressed off the skins quickly. It is allowed to settle for 48-72 hours before being racked in a clarified state to a fermentation tank. A range of selected yeasts are employed on the two different parcels of fruit before being transferred to temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.

2016 Four Jacks Chardonnay (12 x 750ml), Manjimup by Peos Estate, 13.5% Alc/Vol, BLEND 100% Chardonnay. COLOUR Pale straw with green tints. AROMATICS Lifted nose of white stone fruit, citrus blossom, raw cashew with subtle toasty notes. PALATE Full and fleshy mouthfeel, showing intense white nectarine and citrus leaf on the palate with underlying raw cashew and subtle toasty oak, supported by a well integrated acid backbone, great length with a crisp, lingering finish. OAK MATURATION 9 months maturation in French oak. AGEING POTENTIAL 4-5 years. WINEMAKING The chardonnay grapes were picked at optimum ripeness during the coolest period of the night to help retain the vibrant primary fruit flavours. It was transported directly to the winery post-harvest, crushed and pressed to tank and allowed to cold settle. The juice was racked to barrel for fermentation. The ferment temperature was controlled, helping to retain the fresh primary fruit aromas while also developing a complex fermentation bouquet and increased palate weight and texture. Post ferment the wine was fined with traditional additives, cold stabilised and bottled.
